Average time from order to shipment is 2-3 weeks.
Please note that all items are hand-crafted out of natural stone. There are going to be natural veins and imperfections in every piece that makes it a unique and beautiful gift. Some stones are very soft and thus the letters may be put together in multiple pieces to prevent breaking.
